Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy a license for the GOLDBOX SCALPING EA from Bjorn Trading. By paying for a license, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms, and to the Risk Disclaimer. If you don't agree, please don't buy.

1. Who we are

"Bjorn Trading", "we", "us" and "I" mean the seller of the GOLDBOX SCALPING EA through bjorntrading.com. You can contact me through my Telegram channel at t.me/+MvaGmZg-tY5jZTk1.

2. What you're buying

You're buying a lifetime, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the GOLDBOX SCALPING Expert Advisor (EA) for MetaTrader 5. You are not buying the EA itself, its source code or any ownership rights. All rights in the EA stay with Bjorn Trading.

  • The license works on up to 5 MT5 account numbers that you send me when you buy.
  • You can change account numbers or brokers up to 2 times per year for free. Just message me.
  • "Lifetime" means for as long as Bjorn Trading continues to provide the EA. It does not mean the EA will work forever on every future version of MetaTrader 5 or with every broker.
  • The EA runs on MetaTrader 5 only. It does not work on MetaTrader 4.

3. Price and payment

The price is the one shown on the website or agreed with me on Telegram at the time you buy. Payment is a one-time payment in USDT or USDC to the wallet address I send you on Telegram. You are responsible for sending the correct amount, on the correct network, to the correct address, and for any network or exchange fees. Crypto payments can't be reversed, so please double-check before sending.

4. Delivery

After your payment is confirmed, I'll send you the EA file and a setup guide on Telegram, usually within 24 hours. The license is activated for the MT5 account numbers you gave me. If you need help with setup, message me and I'll help you get everything working.

5. No refunds

Because the EA is a digital product that is delivered instantly and can't be returned, all sales are final once the EA has been delivered. There are no refunds, including if the EA has losing trades, losing periods or doesn't meet your expectations. Please ask me anything you want to know before you buy.

If you are a consumer in a country that gives you a right to cancel a digital purchase, you agree that delivery starts straight away after payment, and you acknowledge that you lose that right of cancellation once the EA is delivered.

6. No guarantee of results

Trading is risky. I do not guarantee any profit, return, win rate or drawdown, and I can't promise that the EA will be profitable on your account. All results on the website are hypothetical backtests or past results, which don't guarantee future results. Your results depend on your broker, spreads, commissions, settings, account size, VPS and market conditions, and may be very different. Please read the full Risk Disclaimer.

7. Not financial advice

Bjorn Trading is not a licensed financial adviser, broker or investment firm. The EA, the website, my videos, live streams and Telegram messages are for educational and informational purposes only and are not personal financial advice or a recommendation to trade.

8. Your responsibilities

  • You are at least 18 years old and legally allowed to trade leveraged products where you live.
  • You are solely responsible for your trading account, your broker, your risk settings, your lot sizes and every trade the EA places on your account.
  • You are responsible for keeping MT5 running, your internet connection, your VPS and your computer.
  • You will only trade money you can afford to lose.

9. What you may not do

  • Share, sell, resell, rent, give away or publish the EA or your license.
  • Copy, decompile, reverse-engineer or modify the EA, or try to remove or bypass the license protection.
  • Use the EA on more MT5 accounts than your license allows.

If you break these rules, I can cancel your license without a refund.

10. Updates and support

I may release updates to improve the EA, and you'll get them for free. I may also change, pause or stop updates at any time. Support is given through Telegram on a reasonable-effort basis.

11. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Bjorn Trading is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits or other losses that come from using, or not being able to use, the EA. That includes losses caused by market conditions, broker problems, slippage, MetaTrader or VPS issues, internet outages, software errors or the settings you choose. The EA is provided "as is", without any warranty that it will be error-free or work without interruption. If I am found liable for anything, my total liability is limited to the price you paid for the license.

12. Privacy

To deliver and license the EA, I keep your Telegram contact details and the MT5 account numbers you send me. I only use them to provide the license, support and important updates, and I don't sell them to anyone. You can ask me to delete them at any time, but your license will stop working once the account numbers are removed.

13. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to you is the one that was shown when you bought your license.
